  • Adventurous Amy lives for the outdoors! She is happily based in Geneva, where she teaches groups and private clients using her own unique blend of holistic mind / body training. Amy bikes EVERYWHERE, and loves the efficiency of indoor cycle training. It's an inclusive workout, meaning that athletes and beginners alike can train in the same class. You can get an awesome workout in an hour, working with threshold training or intense intervals. It's safe for less co-ordinated or injured clients, who are unable to attend standard aerobic classes. Amy is the Strength & Conditioning Coach for the Swiss National Netball Team and Youth Academy. Amy enjoys training in many movement disciplines, in addition to yoga and Pilates, (which she teaches), her work is very influenced by her studies in dance and martial arts.

  • Jerlyn is a registered dietitian and employed as a nutrition education and wellness program coordinator at Good Samaritan Health Center in Atlanta, GA. She was previously a clinical nutritionist at New York Presbyterian Hospital in New York, NY. She was selected as the first nutrition instructor for HealthCorps, an organization founded by Dr. Mehmet Oz to educate and empower youth on diet, nutrition, and exercise. She has been active with professional organizations in the past and is currently a member of several dietetic practice groups. Jerlyn is passionate about teaching adults, youth and children about nutrition and how to overcome barriers and obstacles to live a healthier life.
